But I don’t have the willpower or the strength to go vegan

Many people have this idea that you need to be strong with excellent will power to transition to different food choices. Actually transitioning to new foods, isn’t about being ‘strong’, it’s more about being excited. Despite popular belief it’s an opening of doors, not a closing. A welcoming of new brilliant foods. if you try to simply eliminate foods from your diet, you won’t succeed. You have to research and experiment with new foods, it’s an amazing journey to experience the world of flavors and creativity it can open up!! No strength needed.. only curiosity to try something new
