Vegan for healthy living

Anyone despite their diet can be healthy or not healthy.  A vegan who only eats potato chips will probably by unhealthy.  However, if the majority of your food is coming from fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes (and maybe grain) — you’ll most likely be pretty healthy.
